The Rocky Mount Animal Services Unit is hosting a Dog Festival Saturday, August 17th at the Best Friend’s Dog Park 480 North Lee Street.  Signup for the festival begins at 10 am followed by a Dog Race, Dog Fashion Show and Dog’s Got Talent show.
