Pressure Canning Workshop

NC Cooperative of Wilson is presenting a “Pressure Canning” workshop on Thursday, May 2 from 1 to 4:30 pm at 1806 South West Goldsboro Street.  Come learn about the science behind pressure canning and a hands-on demonstration of canning vegetables.  Registration is required for the $12 workshop.
