Join the Wilson Botanical Gardens plant over 400 tree seedlings to create a Woodland Walk on Thursday, January 26th at 11:30. The trees include longleaf and loblolly pine; live, scarlet, and white oak and a few black walnuts. Please bring a spade shovel, gloves, and wear sturdy shoes/boots. Extra tools will be provided.

Peacemakers is hosting a trivia night on Friday, February 3rd at Rise Church (3520 Bishop Road) in Rocky Mount at 7:00. The event is a fundraiser for the Southside Academy. A 4-person team is $100. The Parkwood Baptist Church (1731 Hunter Hill Road) in Rocky Mount is hosting a fundraiser lunch on Sunday, February 5th.
