On Saturday, April 22nd, the Tar River Orchestra will present “Celebrate Earth” at the Theatre at the Imperial Centre in Rocky Mount. This family friendly concert will take place at 2:00. Admission is free and includes free admission to the Children’s Museum. Reserve your free seats via Etix.
The Red Cross Gala will take place on Thursday, April 27th from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the Union Station (510 W Martin Street) in Raleigh. Individual tickets are $250 and can be purchased at redcross.org.
Peacemakers’ Annual Benefit Golf Tournament will take place on April 28th with a 1:00 shotgun start. The cost is $400 per team with includes lunch. Register at rockymountpeacemakers.org.

The Disabled American Veterans Twin County Chapter is dedicated with assisting area veterans with transportation to their scheduled appointments. The transportation network must have volunteer drivers to continue to aid these wounded warriors. If you are interested in being a volunteer driver, call (252) 212-5568 and leave a message.
