Union Missionary Baptist Church on East NC 97 in Rocky Mount will host a free Vacation Bible School June 23 through June 27. This year’s theme is “Giddy Up Junction.” On Sunday, June 23 enjoy the kickoff party at 3 pm with a weanie roast, music, games, and more. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday enjoy supper at 5:30 pm; classes are from 6:30 to 8: 30. On Thursday, class will be from 6:30 to 7:30 and at 7:30 wrap up VBS with the commencement ceremony.
