Banner Bears is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comfort, peace and hope to children in traumatic or emergency situations with a teddy bear bundle. To help benefit this mission, Red Oak Rotary is sponsoring the 2nd Annual Teddy Bear Paint and Brush Fundraising event at Red Oak Baptist Church on Saturday, August 3rd from 10 to noon.
