Jacob’s Friends, Special Needs Ministry of Red Oak United Methodist Church, will host a Special Needs Carnival on Saturday, September 16th from 11 to 2. There will be lots of fun activities for the whole family, including music by “Grafted”, food, a fire truck, snow cones, mascots, games, prizes and much more. All are welcome to this fun, free event!
