N C Cooperative Extension Edgecombe County 201 Saint Andrew Street #118 in Tarboro is hosting a Pressure Canning Class on Monday, July 1st from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This class is for anyone interested in learning more about safely canning food at home. A registration fee is required by Monday, June 24th.
