The Triangle Land Conservancy has a new event, “Become a Tree Detective!” at Johnston Mill Nature Preserve (2713 Mt Sinai Road, Secondary Entrance) in Chapel Hill on October 15th from 10 until 11:30. This activity is about playing and having fun in the forest with activities geared towards 6-to-10-year-old, but the whole family is welcome. This is a free event, but preregistration is required.
