Everyone is welcome to attend an Art Unveiling and Reception at the Granville County Historical Museum in Oxford this Sunday, April 6, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. The event will feature four canvases by Frank Timberlake showing historian Mark Pace, depicting John Penn, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, at the 1771 St. John’s Church in Williamsboro.
