The Joint Veterans Committee of Nash and Edgecombe Counties will be performing a flag presentation ceremony at Jack Laughery Veterans Memorial Park, 321 N. Church St., Rocky Mount on Saturday, September 21st, at 10:00 AM to honor Sgt. Major William Irving Davis, United States Marine Corp. The service is free to an honorably discharged veterans’ family.
