Mary Creekmore is a 9-year army veteran who served for much of her career right here at Fort Bragg, but also spent a good amount of time in Korea working in the intelligence field. She grew up looking up to her superhero, her grandfather, who served as a marine during Vietnam, and always wanting to feel the pride he felt to have served his country. Her perspective on her time in the service, and what it means to serve one’s country is touching to say the least, and it’s fair to say she found that pride she always admired in her grandfather.
