(2022) Episode 8 – Stephanie Pridgen is a North Carolinian who, as she puts it, considers Ukraine her second home. She first visited in 2009, then returned in 2011 and lived and worked there for more than three years. She was there during the revolution in 2013, and she returned in 2016. Stephanie was one of our early guests on Grace Notes and we invited her to join us again to catch up and to hear some of her thoughts related to the war in Ukraine and its impact on her friends there – some who are as close as family for her. She’ll share some of their firsthand accounts of what they are experiencing. As for helping and making a difference, as Stephanie says, “Nobody can do everything, but everybody can do something.”
