(2022) Episode 2 – January is National Mentorship Month. We’re happy to introduce you to a woman who has mentorship as a priority – both in her personal and professional life. Desiree Dolberry is a native of Edgecombe County who from a young age has had a special talent for making and keeping connections. Up until this past summer, Desiree served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Rocky Mount Area Chamber of Commerce, and she recently took a new position in Marketing and Event Management with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tar River Region. Listen with us as she shares the impact some of her mentors and peer mentors have had on her throughout her life, and her roll as a mentor to others.
